FIND RELIEF in PEACE

No matter the intensity from the shock of trauma,
sit quietly, and silently form in your mind
the word PEACE on each inhale, PEACE and EASE on each exhale.

No matter the depth of your grief, let the tears flow from the well-spring of sorrow.
Sit tall. Stretch the lower back down and stretch your neck tall, chin tilted down.
Relax your muscles and sit quietly, and silently form
the word PEACE on each inhale, PEACE and EASE on each exhale.

No matter the unimaginable level of pain, be still and relax as much as possible.
Silently repeat the word PEACE on each inhale, PEACE and EASE on each exhale.

For all the people who are attending to those who are suffering in any way:
If possible, lightly hold their hand, or place your hand lightly on their shoulder.
If easy to reach, place the palms of your hands on the bottom of their feet.
A healing connection is effective even through bed coverings and bandages.
Sit or stand quietly.
Silently repeat the word PEACE on each inhale, PEACE and EASE on each exhale.

Continue to repeat the word PEACE until a sense of PEACE is felt within you.

Take a break and smile with gratitude for the feeling of PEACE.
Know that this sense of PEACE has radiated through you to all who are nearby.

Repeat as often as needed.

Another option is to silently say: PEACE – COMFORT – HEALING.
